Design, brand, and front-end studio

Orchestra — We design the product and ship the front-end. One team for UX, UI, brand, and code.

The product is built as a working front-end and lands in your repo. One studio in place of the design and front-end team, with the brand, the assets, and the tools that generate them included.

The offer

One team does what a design and front-end department does, and much faster.

We design straight to code, on your device from the first week. AI agents write the code to the design system we set up, and a designer makes every call. That’s why it takes days, not months, and why what lands is a clean front-end, ready to integrate.

Every screen ships as working code and reaches you as a live preview link, at phone, tablet, and desktop size, with every component and its code beside it.

When we’re done, it’s yours. The code is in your repo with its docs, your engineers wire the backend, and your team keeps building in the same language.

The brand and its tools ship the same way. Assets, graphics, and the custom tools that generate them arrive branded, in working form.

The team

The people you talk to are the people who design and ship it. They come from startups and studios you’d recognise.

Andrey, CEO and operationsRuns the project: scope, the plan, the call. Marketing and UX on the way, and a clean handover. Also runs operations at Skale. See his X

Kons, product designer, engineer, and brandingDesigns the product and ships it as the front-end. Writes the code with AI agents and builds her own design tools. Lately scaling Reflex and rebranding Seam, both YC startups. See her works and X

Who it’s for

Founders who need the product designed and built now, not after a hiring round.

Product and engineering teams in larger companies launching something new without a designer or a front-end team to spare.

Design agencies that need more hands, with Orchestra as the team behind them.

Custom sandbox

While we work, everything we make lives in a sandbox you get access to: every component with its live preview, notes, and source, the design system, and the product or site itself at phone, tablet, and desktop size.

You comment on any of it, read the docs beside it, and track issues in the tracker inside. Your team reviews every release there, and your engineers read the handoff there. The code is linked to your GitHub repo.

Brand assetsDecks, socials, and emails, branded and automated where it helps.

Ways to work

ProjectA defined scope: a launch, a rebrand, a flow.
RetainerPart- or full-time, a dedicated design engineer from the team.

Retainers are scoped on the call. Projects start at $20K, half upfront, the rest at the midpoint.

Proof

HandlPay. A payments app, shipped as a working front-end with its design system in 4 weeks.

Questions

How do you use agents? Is it generative or custom design?Custom. Agents write the code and build our tools, and that’s where the speed comes from. Nothing designs itself: every decision is still made by a designer.
Do you do design systems, research, brand? All of it: brand and identity, UX and UI, and a design system along the way.
Do you write the code that ships?Yes. A production front-end in your repo, with a README per screen and docs for your developers. Your engineers wire it to the backend, and the design is already proven in the browser.
Can you work with our stack?Yes. Next.js and Tailwind are our defaults, not a requirement.
How do we work?Remote-first, across EU and US time zones. Async by default, on a call when it’s faster.
What happens when the project ends? You keep the code in your repo and its docs. A retainer keeps it moving.
